Ryan -Stretch Therapist | Massage Therapist
Ryan is not a massage therapist but he brings a thoughtful, movement-focused approach to stretch therapy, combining his background in kinesiology with a genuine passion for helping others feel and move better. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Boise State University and is a certified Flexologist, with credentials recognized by NASM and the NSCA. He also has training as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer.
Ryan loves stretching because of the powerful impact it has on increasing range of motion and improving flexibility—both essential for building strength and supporting an active, balanced lifestyle. His experience working in a chiropractic setting gave him the opportunity to use stretching to help clients find relief from neck and low back discomfort, further shaping his results-driven yet restorative approach.
His style focuses on PNF stretching, a technique that combines gentle resistance and relaxation to help the body achieve a deeper, more effective stretch. Ryan’s goal is to help you feel more open, mobile, and reconnected to your body after every session.
