Meet Our White Plains Massage Therapists

At Elements Massage White Plains, our highly trained and qualified massage therapists will work with you to meet your individual needs.

Jayne  |  Lead Licensed Massage Therapist

A Finger Lakes School of Massage graduate, Jayne enjoys working with all types of clients to help them manage or eliminate stress, relieve tight muscles, address areas of chronic pain and promote overall health and wellness by experiencing the benefits of regular massage. Jayne believes that massage connects the body and mind, promoting deep breathing, increasing circulation and relaxing the muscles while bringing body awareness to the individual who is receiving the bodywork.

In addition to being one of our most requested therapists, Jayne assists our team by training new staff members and ensuring that the therapists have what they need to provide quality service to our clients.

Daniel  |  Licensed Massage Therapist

"I believe communication is key to giving and receiving the massage you want and deserve. I will ask you about your concerns and what you hope for from your massage, whether you are here for a relaxing "time out" or working towards a goal of pain-free living."

"I am passionate about living a healthy, active lifestyle and helping people. For me, massage therapy combines both. I am committed to working with my clients to identify and address tension and promote relaxation and well-being."

Frank “Franco”  |  Licensed Massage Therapist

A graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage, Frank believes that massage facilitates circulation, creating an opportunity for physical, mental and emotional well-being. Frank is extremely passionate about enlightening clients with his knowledge of the body's muscles and their functions. He likes to create a sense of awareness in the client's body and enjoys helping his clients reach their individual health goals. Frank enjoys helping others through his "gift of touch."

Jennifer  |  Licensed Massage Therapist

A graduate of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, Jennifer believes that the goal of healing is to restore harmony and balance to the body. She specializes in treating injuries, illness, pre and post surgeries, wounds, behavioral problems and stress related issues; as well as physical, emotional, and mental well being. Jennifer is a very knowledgeable and thorough therapist, and really goes the extra mile when it comes to meeting her clients' needs.

Madeline  |  Licensed Massage Therapist

A Finger Lakes School of Massage graduate, Madeline specializes in Connective Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish Massages. Having traveled to England, France, Italy, Poland and Russia, Madeline's dream vacation is a three-week trip to Kyoto, Japan. She believes that "massage benefits everyone and that everyone deserves regular massages."

Maxine  |  Licensed Massage Therapist

A Finger Lakes School graduate, Maxine enjoys giving deep tissue and sports massages.

Rick  |  Licensed Massage Therapist

A Pacific College for Oriental Medicine, Rick's philosophy of healing is, "As a massage therapist, I nurture the body to heal itself. The body has the amazing capacity to regenerate itself, and bring itself back to homeostasis. We must stop and get away from the things that bind us to our stress; the brain and body must find a state of serene calmness. I find sitting under the stars or fishing on a lake helps connects to the earth’s calmness. Massage is also a very a gratifying experience for the practitioner."

Thomas  |  Licensed Massage Therapist

Thomas has over seven years of experience in performing all types of massage. He views massage as a true form of physical therapy and enjoys aiding and educating clients in how to improve their health via regular massages. He can deliver medium to heavy pressure and is known for his work in relieving neck and should pain.
