Deliciara has honed her skills as a massage therapist during her tenure with Elements Massage for the past four years. She is very versatile with flexibility in pressure to address all issues. She makes use of modalities/techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point to address painful knots and muscle strain. She has the ability to apply moments of level 4 pressure when necessary to promote healing in troubled areas. Her specialties include the neck/shoulder area as well as low back, hips and IT bands.

Deliciara is certified in Head/Neck/Shoulders as a specialty. She is also certified in Himalayan Hot Stones. All her sessions are conducted in a peaceful, quiet environment that focuses on each client as individuals.
