My last massage, with Raika, was good but she needs to work on her interpersonal skills. She was 6 minutes late (and I was the very first appointment). She didn’t acknowledge or apologize for being late. Very disrespectful. She also asked why I was there that day which is great - when I said that my mom had just died and I had been sitting with her for days and my whole body hurt, she said nothing. A little compassion would have been nice. She did hear me say my knee was bothering me and definitely spent time on that. Her massage skills were good, very good in fact. But there’s more to the experience than just that…."
