Hi I’m Lily, LMT, and I specialize in very deep tissue massage, reflexology, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy and myofascial. I especially love to work with the upper body (face, head, neck and shoulders), as well as working towards muscle releases all over. As your therapist I hope to address chronic pain management, such as TMJ issues, and promote relaxation and healing of mind, body and spirit.
