It is quite presumptuous that the receptionist tells me how much I should tip - very loudly as well. This is very inappropriate and rude. The customer has to decide that and I don't need any suggestions from your receptionist.
I notice any other time, she wasn't talking very loudly, only when customers are settling their bill and yelling out the tip customers should give.
