"When I first came in, I was having near-constant tension headaches. In addition to other changes like cutting back on caffeine, using heat on the tense muscles, and stretching daily, I started monthly massage therapy with Leah. Leah is extraordinarily good at finding where the muscle tension arises and working through it. She also always has helpful advice on stretches and exercises to help keep the tension away. I am now pain free most of the time, only getting one or two headaches a month, and Leah is definitely part of the reason for that! I'm extremely grateful!
