"I was surprised at the end of my last visit that my therapist is considered an "Elite Therapist" and that I owed another $10 for my 60-minute session. My therapist did an excellent job and I was pleased with my session. I've been a customer for 20+ years and have never been charged an additional fee after my session. If this is a new policy I think customers should be made aware of this BEFORE they make an appointment. (I'll also note that recently I was notified that my monthly customer rate was being increased; I think it was $10/month(?). Understand costs everywhere have gone up significantly but monthly increase plus "Elite" surcharge equals a 25% increase over what I paid two years ago. "
