EDUCATION
Holistic Massage Training Institute - graduated 2016 from an 800 hour program
SUMMARY
“I started practicing massage in 2016. I know early on I wanted to work in a healing modality and massage felt the most practical. I loved the idea that I could help people feel better with just my hands, elbows and forearms. Body connection and awareness is so important. I want my sessions to be a place where people can cultivate that connection, release tensions and receive therapeutic change in a trauma informed non-judgmental space.”
EXPERIENCED WITH
Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular therapy, Range of motion, Myofascial release, Pin and stretch techniques, Lymphatic drainage techniques, AromaRitual and HerbalRitual, Cupping Massage and Himalayan Salt and Basalt Stone massage.
WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGES UNIQUE?
“In every session I do my best to use a holistic approach. Weaving your lived experience, my technical skills and knowledge, and the body's cues and holding patterns into a custom session each time you are on my table. My work is focused, deep, connected and relaxing. I am confident I can get results at whatever pressure, light or deep, you and your body require."
WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE?
“Knowing how incredible of a tool it is for so many reasons. It's so rewarding getting to see real time changes in peoples conditions.”
