SUCCESS STORIES
“I had a client that reported tingling pain in their foot. Multiple doctors had looked at it and determined that is was plantar fascitis. After working with them and getting a bit more information about the type of pain they were experiencing, I decided to work on their Tibialis Anterior muscle. I was able to relieve the tingling pain, where the muscle was compressing the nerve that ran under the muscle. With some more massage and physical therapy, my client was able to be active while being pain free.”
WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGES UNIQUE?
“I like to get to the root of the problem and work with your body to solve the issues. I like to ask questions to get to know my clients' movement patterns and educate them on little ways they can work with their body to improve their quality of life. While I have no problem applying pressure with my elbows when asked, I tend to find a lighter approach that meets the body where it is at and then progress into the deeper work as the body permits, this often is a more effective approach. I love working on Trigger points as well, they are my favorite 'magic trick' ".
WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE?
“The human body is the coolest machine on Earth! It is so intricate that we are still discovering things about it to this day. I love learning all the ways the body works and how it integrates with your mental and emotional self so I can bring that to my clients and give them the best experience possible.”
