"First time there to get a trigger point massage. The massage was painful but not in a bad way. I have chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, and hips and cervicogenic headaches everyday. Limited mobility in my left arm. I had so many knots and tight muscles. I walked out of there lose and light as a feather. The day of, before my massage I was in tears and I couldn’t take it anymore. It’s been 4 days since my massage and no headaches. I feel so much better. My shoulder is still hurting some and I did have better mobility. I will continue to go every few weeks! Chris , Thank you so much for the awesome massage! I will see you soon! "
