"First time there to get a trigger point massage. The massage was painful but not in a bad way. I have chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, and hips and cervicogenic headaches everyday. Limited mobility in my left arm. I had so many knots and tight muscles. I walked out of there lose and light as a feather. The day of, before my massage I was in tears and I couldn’t take it anymore.
