Steven 1-4 | Certified Massage Therapist

Steven has been a massage therapist for 13+ years and his specialties are therapeutic, deep tissue and sports massage. He is still well rounded and well versed in relaxation massage techniques as well. Steven simply hones in on those tight spots where muscles calcify and lactic acid builds up. He does hot stone work, cupping, prenatal massage, trigger point, myofascial release, and various stretching techniques in his sessions.

Outside of massage Steven likes to garden, hunt/fish, hike and enjoy the hot summer days at the lake. He may know some members in Mequon as he has been here in the past and is happy to be back. Steven looks forward to helping you in your journey in wellness!
