Elements Massage Littleton Jul 16, 2016
Hi all! This summer, we’ve put together a collection of Colorado activities, wellness tips and tricks, fitness events, and healthy lifestyle decisions for you and your family. Considering that Colorado is one of the fittest states in the nation and features over 300 days of sunshine a year, it's no wonder there is a plethora of activities pertaining to healthy living. At Elements Massage, we pride ourselves on helping our clients make healthy choices and live healthy lives.
The Colorado produce growing season is here! July to October marks the height of the growing season and many of your favorite fruits and vegetables are widely available at local farmers markets. Colorado Fresh Markets has put together a calendar outlining when local fruits and vegetables should be available at your local farmers market. Also included in Colorado Fresh Market's website is a list of local farmers markets so don't limit yourself to only the ones you know.
Be sure to check out Rainforest Yoga at the beautiful Butterfly Pavilion in Westminster. With yoga classes scheduled for the mornings and evenings, you'll have plenty of time to make this a priority. What could be better than yoga in a tropical oasis in the middle of Denver?
The Whole Expo in September is the Four Corners showcase for natural, holistic, and ecologically friendly products and services. Hundreds of vendors, providers, and naturalist come together to promote local products, promote the protection of the Colorado environment, and bask in the Durango sunshine. Consider making it a weekend trip with the family!
Join Meet-up groups to stay up to date with the latest wellness events and news in Colorado. There is always the opportunity to make new friends and encourage your own to join while experiencing the best events around the city. Meet-up has groups focused on fitness, wellness, mental health, physical health, technology, science, and many many others. You’ll be surprised what you can find.
