Tessa | Massage Therapist

Testimonials

“New therapist for me- Tessa was awesome!”

"Tessa asked me areas I'd like to focus on and helped me with stretches after the massage. I would definitely come back!"

"Tessa was personable & attentive."

Tessa became a Massage Therapist because she wanted to help others while doing something beneficial for herself. Not only does energy of massage affect the client, but there is a transfer between therapist and client. Healing is a task that requires you to be in balance; otherwise it is very hard to help others. After a massage, she loves to know that she has improved the client’s day and their body. To Tessa, effort is the Siamese twin of success.

“The massage was fantastic. The massage therapist Jeff was incredible and knew exactly what needed to be done.”

Jeff has been into strength, fitness and wellness for almost 10 years. He wanted to add massage to keep growing personally and professionally as a fitness trainer. He is a big believer in self care therapy, self awareness, movement and breath. Jeff also integrates the use of cupping therapy into his massages. It's an ancient form of alternative medicine where the local suction is created on the skin. It is believed that cupping helps mobilize blood flow in order to promote healing.

“Christina is amazing!!! Awesome therapist! Best one I have ever had out of about 7 therapists that I have had over 6 months.”

Christina visited a massage school after she graduated high school and fell in love with how relaxed everyone was and how satisfied they felt from helping people: she wanted to be a part of that. Helping people overcome a pain that they thought wouldn’t go away, has always made her feel satisfied at the end of the day. Christina has worked 5 years in a physical therapy center helping car accident victims recover. Focusing on certain injuries and helping people get back to normal functioning is what she enjoys most. Christina is very well blended and easy going. She likes to incorporate a variety of massage techniques to keep her challenged.

“The massage with Whitney felt amazing and was very relaxing!”

“The service was excellent.. Best message I have had in a long time... Must visit Elements while in Colorado…”

“Whitney is very thorough in her approach and works very diligently at healing the body and releasing stress. She makes you feel very comfortable.”

Whitney chose Massage Therapy as a profession because she wanted to do Horse & Rider Sports Massage. She had met a therapist in the past that specifically did Equestrian Sports Massage and she immediately thought that would be something she wanted to do. She also enjoyed incorporating the fact that she could enhance the lifestyle of the riders. Being a horse back rider herself, she knew how demanding the sport is on the human body. She loves being a Massage Therapist to her clients at Elements Massage and how absolutely rewarding it is.

Amanda | Massage Therapist

Education: Everest Institute - Chelsea, MA
Specialties: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Sciatica, Neuropathy

Testimonials

"Amanda was very professional but laid back, Thanks!"

“EXCELLENT firm massage in a quiet and serene environment. They have massage therapy down to a science here. Staff is professional and friendly. CLEAN bathroom and treatment rooms. Lemon water available in reception area. Offered chocolate before my treatment and a bottle of water after, along with stretching and treatment recommendations. They had plenty of hooks for clothing and hair ties are available. I really appreciated that she used warm towels to remove much of the lotion on my feet and back. I joined immediately after my treatment and will be back every other week. I look forward to getting in tip top shape again with the help of the therapists. Thank you!”

“Amanda was amazing! She was personable, intuitive, educated, exceptional at her job and even more so at making me comfortable. I don't think a better therapist exists! You all are lucky to have her. I signed up for your monthly program which I otherwise would have not done had it not been so great. Your receptionist was also very charming. Kudos for hiring great human beings!! That's too rare nowadays!”

Amanda loves customizing each massage to the individual's needs. She is a believer that you never give the same massage twice- everyone has the same muscles, but all to a different degree. She has a passion for healing ever since she was a little girl. Her career originally took her into nursing as a CNA and then she was brought to massage through her work as a volunteer. Once she experienced the joy and passion from offering immediate relief to people through massage, she enrolled in Massage Therapy School in Massachusetts. Amanda loves the healing properties of therapeutic touch and is excited to be here in Denver to offer her services as a Massage Therapist.

"Very knowledgeable therapist, Kayla, and Elements knows how to please a client!"

In a fast past world, and not much interaction between one another, she believes that healing touch can slow down time for even a little. Relieving the stresses of everyday life and calming the mind. She loves hearing when a client says that she had brought them some kind of relief. This brings her joy and a smile to her face.

Stewart | Massage Therapist

Education: Colorado School of Healing Arts
Favorite Area Of Focus: Neck, Shoulders, Rotator cuff, Upper back
Specialties: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Chair Massage, Intra-Oral Massage

Testimonials

”Stewart was amazing. Best massage ever!”

“I like that most the time I am able to get an appointment the same day I call. I have been happy with whomever I get, although I do have favorites. Each person has a style, but he/she has delivered a healing massage. I also like that afterwards I am not hounded for a returning appointment or package. I do have a package, but we talked about it on my terms not when I'm loopy from a massage. The front desk people are also kind and relaxed.”

"I like the convenience of location and the opportunity to be spontaneous in making appointments. The front desk ladies were very pleasant and welcoming. Stewart, my massage therapist was knowledgeable and helpful. It was one of the best massages I've received, and I have had many."

Stewart chose Massage Therapy because of his mother. When he was a child, she had a surgical procedure that removed half of each lung. The operation left two long scars down her back. Stewart's father would massage her back to help with the tightness she was experiencing. When his parents divorced, that responsibility became his. Stewart has liked giving massages ever since. Stewart also plans to return for more training courses at The Occupational Health and Safety Administration to expand his knowledge in massage therapy. He believes that continuing education is imperative to his practice and bring more extensive skill sets to our team.
