Husband and wife Nelson and Pam Crespo, one of the franchisor's Arizona Area Directors and owners of elements therapeutic massage of Scottsdale Promenade, were awarded Area Director of the Year by the franchise company. The award honors the Area Director who has impacted their franchisees' growth and development the most during the last year. The Scottsdale Promenade elements studio is located at 16255 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite C-5 in Scottsdale.
Mike Wright, owner of elements therapeutic massage on the Shea, received the Rising Star award for making the greatest improvement during the last year. Wright increased the total number of massages given in his studio by 500 in one year and doubled the number of studio members in seven months. elements on the Shea is located at 9343 E. Also attending the national convention from Arizona was Jeanette Belloni, owner of elements therapeutic massage of Gilbert, and Jennifer Bauer, lead massage therapist for the elements of Gilbert, located at 2556 S. Val Vista, Suite 105 in Gilbert. Shauna Boyd, owner of elements therapeutic massage of Arrowhead Ranch, located at 19420 N. 59th Ave., Suite E-515 in Glendale was also in attendance.

The elements convention was a two-day event that included an awards ceremony, breakout sessions and presentations from industry experts, preferred vendors and the elements executive team.
