Shauna is a massage therapist with a strong focus on Eastern modalities, including Ayurvedic massage, East Indian head massage, and reflexology. Her work also includes aromatherapy, swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and trigger point therapy, allowing her to tailor each session to each client’s unique needs. Her approach to massage centers on bringing relaxation and balance to the physical body in order to support the whole being—mind, body, and spirit. A 2025 graduate of the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts for massage therapy, Shauna is also a certified Ayurvedic practitioner with a deep passion for holistic health and creating a peaceful space where clients can step away from daily demands and reconnect with their bodies!
