Sara | Licensed Massage Therapist

Sara joins our Elements Family from a long history of caregiving. Prior to earning her degree in massage therapy from Northwest Career College, Sara spent several years caring for women with illnesses or handicaps and gained plenty of experience in pet sitting and child care. It’s no surprise that her background includes medical massage, special needs alongside Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Trigger Point, Hot Stone and Reflexology. Sara’s diverse knowledge and interests stem from a love for learning. When not performing massage, she enjoys quality time with family, jewelry making, painting, gardening and dabbling in design/photo editing.

In the future, Sara hopes to add Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian style of massage) among her certifications. She believes that being able to integrate different modalities lends to her effectiveness in providing personalized care and healing to her clients. For Sara, the most rewarding thing about massage is the gratification from helping clients relax and heal and knowing that she is able to ease someone’s aches and pains. Sara lives for the simple things in life; she dreams of living on farm land and a slice of tiramisu is a real treat! Her healing hands are sure to soothe layers of stress and sore muscles leaving them feeling much more like those ladyfingers after soaking in espresso.
