Hello! I began my career with Elements as a Wellness Program Advisor in November of 2022, and I am a recent graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts as of 2023!! After attending a session with me, my clients usually leave feeling happy, relaxed, and relieved. I specialize in Swedish massage and myofascial release.
