Kristen received her massage training from The School of Orthopedic Massage & Bodywork in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has lived and practiced massage in Michigan, Arizona, and most recently Washington state prior to her move to North Carolina in 2025. She also has been a certified personal trainer and has completed a variety of continuing education courses over her 20 years of practicing massage.

Kristen prefers performing 90-minute sessions to best utilize a combination of relaxation and deep tissue techniques which allows the body and mind to release tension and relax into a peaceful state. She is certified in Vibrational Sound Therapy and loves incorporating it into the beginning of the session for interested clients.

Watching her mother’s journey dealing with breast cancer and using many alternative therapies to help her gave Kristen a deep appreciation for different healing modalities. She loves massage therapy because it is both a science and an art helping people achieve their wellness goals.

Kristen’s life passions are her 2 sons, self-care, personal growth, and massage therapy. Through her work in massage therapy, she discovered personal joy helping people feel better.
