"The massage was fantastic. Milo was amazing. Every part of the massage was intentional, and I did not feel rushed at all. The front desk staff was very professional. The front desk office waiting area also felt comfy and cozy.
A few things I would recommend. The office is facing the sun while it is setting. After leaving a dark room from the massage, entering into that space is very hurtful to the eyes. Additionally, the front desk staff asks out loud if you wish to leave a tip and also book your next appointment. These details are discussed out loud in front of other guests. It would be best if some privacy was put in place to discuss these personal details. I do not want others to know how much I tip or when my next visit is. If I could make a suggestion, filling these things out electronically or on paper is preferred.
For the massage rooms, they are very nice and cozy. If there was something under the face/head holder to look at besides chords that would be great. To make a suggestion, I have been to other places where they simply put a golden or ceramic bowl with water and flower petals floating. You can even put something that smells nice there. Would elevate the experience at little cost to y'all. Also, I would suggest the ability to have a face pillow or eye mask available for when we flip on to our backs for the massage.
Finally, I enjoy posting beautiful areas of the location and tagging the location on my social media. If there was a nice, quiet, private waiting area with mood lighting, fake fire place, snacks, water, couches, artificial trees/flowers, in a separate room, that would make for a great place to show off the location. Would also be free PR and marketing for your establishment. I know a lot of fellow graduate students who would be more than happy to spend more of their budget on such a service because of how beneficial it is for stress and mental health. If there was a way to show how beautiful and relaxing the place is, would attract more customers and make current customers even more happy and feel appreciated. "
