WHAT MAKES MY MASSAGE UNIQUE? I bring a strong background in Sports and Rehabilitation Medicine to every session, allowing me to take a focused, results-driven approach to my work. I tailor each massage using informed pre- and post-event strategies to help clients recover, improve performance, and move toward their ideal state of health and well-being. I stay passionate about my work through continuous learning and the opportunity to help people feel and function at their best.

EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS: I helped a client after her hip surgery, I focused on creating a treatment plan that supported both recovery and long-term function, using my knowledge of anatomy, rehabilitation, and tailored therapeutic techniques. Throughout our work together, I’ve seen her mobility improve, pain decrease, and overall comfort and confidence in her body return.
