"I have been a member of Elements for over 2 years so when my massage therapist left I was so afraid I wouldn't find someone I liked as much as the therapist I was seeing. I tried Mia off of a recommendation from my current therapist and was happy to find that she was amazing!! She listened to what I needed and was very professional. I also can not say enough good things about the receptionist Tamara! She is so welcoming, friendly, professional and honestly the best. She always has a smile and just seeing her makes my day brighter. A few of the other receptionist are a little stuffy so I love it when I go in and see Tamara's welcoming, friendly smile. "

"I called last minute to get a massage, it was okay. I was told she was a 2-3 for skill/pressure vs the normal person I see who is apparently a 4. I would say she was really a 1-2, it was more like just getting rubbed vs massaged. I wouldn't go back to the same person, need to stick with Brenda."

"Elements has flexible hours, highly experienced massage therapist, clean office, and friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend making an appointment with every therapist to find the one that fits your needs. I also recommend becoming a member, it gives you discounts for you and you can add friend or family so they too can enjoy the discounts. The gift of selfcare is invaluable! My last massage was with Danny. I upgraded to the Hymalayan Salt Stones and the 90 minute massage. I left feeling like a new woman. The pain in my knee and feet was relieved. Danny intergrated stretching with my massage and relieved painful tightness in my legs and back. He communicated well and I felt I was in the hands of an expert healer. So grateful. "

"I love that elements has an affordable plan to provide monthly massage therapy. I've worked with multiple therapists, including Danny, Lisa and Josh, and all have been wonderful. Each took the time to all me questions in what my body was needing and then really finding the problem and working it out. Not only are the therapists great but the front desk staff is wonderful as well. Tamara and the Jennifer's have always been so welcoming and engaging. I just love the Arvada team and highly recommend them to anyone."

"Amazing!! It was my first time ever having a massage (i was SO nervous) and lets face it getting naked infront of a complete stranger and allowing them to touch you isnt the easiest thing to do. But all staff there and the environment washed away those feelings. It was outstanding! Everyone was so nice and reassuring and the environment was so calming and comforting. I couldnt be happier with how well they treated me and the out come. I walked in feeling so much pain and unable to stand up straight. I walked out standing up straight and sleeping so well that night. Elements Massage has changed my life and my thoughts about massages. They were great about educating and informing you about your muscles, why massage works, stretches to do at home etc, i cant wait to go back in 2 weeks!! Thank you Elements Massage, i will definitely recommend!! :) :)"
