"Esan was excellent but overall you have a lot of staff turnover"

K. E., Dec 22, 2024

"I like the peaceful environment of the private rooms, the music, and the options for add-on services. I have a wonderful relationship with my primary massage therapist. She is highly trained and sensitive to the areas that I need the most work on. Investing in a monthly massage is a great investment in myself!"

"The moment you walk in to Elements Woodbury you feel at peace. Lynn the manager welcomed me in and was very personable and kind. Stephanie my massage therapist was amazing!! I went in for lymph drainage after weeks of swelling and pain after cosmetic surgery. I felt amazing after my session with NO pain. She answered all my questions and suggested things I could do myself in between our sessions. She really cares about her clients and their journey in healing!! "

K. T., Oct 25, 2024

"Very knowledgeable massage therapist. Great customer service at the front desk. "

K. S., Oct 21, 2024

"The massage therapist was very good, and he did a great job of deep message without it being painful.

My only comment would be is and has previously been why do the some of the massage therapists stand at the front of the massage table as the client rolls over. From their view point they can see down the sheet and watch a women's upper body as she rolls from being face down to facing up. Shouldn't the massage therapists hold the sheet on the other side or from the middle of the table creating a tent for the client to roll over and move down?

It's not just a male or female therapist issue or comfort level. It's a business level risk and liability issue if a client ever feels uncomfortable or there's a question of appropriateness. Change the practice and training. I've worked in business 20 years in Internal Audit/Business Process/Risk Management, so this comment comes from a place of risk, compliance and liability.
