Kayley specializes in medium to firm pressure and considers herself a "problem-solver." She integrates positional release techniques, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, Swedish, and trigger point as tools to aid dysfunction in the body. Kayley has a longstanding background in chiropractic and physical therapy spaces, and graduated from the Full Circle School of Massage. Her clients leave their session feeling pain relief and a greater range of motion. Kayley also enjoys adding Cupping and Himalayan Salt Stones into her massages for their ability to decrease inflammation and soften tissue.
