Before coming to America, Sunny owned and managed a therapeutic massage and herbal business. Her dream is to be licensed in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine here in the U.S. and to own her own business once more. Sunny loves being able to do long, full-body massages in order to open all the pressure points and leave her clients feeling relaxed and full of energy. Her approach to massage is deeply rooted in Traditional Chinese Massage (TCM) to understand the various meridians and pressure points in the body. By opening the appropriate pressure points (there are 365!) the body not only feels relieved of pain and stiffness, but also has an increase to the flow of energy (chi) to associated organs and supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Xenia | Light to Medium Pressure | Massage Therapist

Xenia specializes in Therapeutic and Swedish Massage. She graduated from the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy. Her favorite areas to focus on are neck, shoulders, back and feet. Xenia’s approach to massage and healing is from a big picture stand-point, believing that to heal properly we must look at ourselves as a whole: mind, body, and spirit. All these different parts are connected and it is vital to nourish these vessels as part of a self-care routine. Our bodies are all we have to move us through this lifetime and should be something we strive to cherish and nourish. One of the first steps on the path to wellness is to love yourself. Through massage therapy, we can show our bodies the necessary attention it needs in order to continue through the stresses of life.
