Note to the owner: My massage on 12/16 was held in room 10 (couples massage room) which was incredibly unpleasant. With construction happening in the storefront next door, hammering and drilling right on the other side of the wall from where my head was in the cradle was annoying and intrusive. This was not Charlotte's fault in any way shape or form. I was looking forward to melting away and could not get there with all the racket just two feet from my skull, not to mention some kind of break room across the hall that was also distracting with noise."
