I graduated from the Aesthetic institute in April 2025. My favorite skin care routine is one that's maintainable and easy and something real people can stick with. I believe in barrier support and restorative skin health. So, I always focus on routines that are both effective and realistic. My personal go to includes daily cleansing, antioxidant serum, moisturizer and Sunscreen. I love a more targeted treatment like a scrub, once or twice a week. It's simple, yet powerful. My philosophy on healing is healing happens when we support our body, not fight it. Whether it's the skin, body or spirit. True healing requires patience, consistency and care that rooted in respect for how the body naturally works. Healing isn't about perfection it's about progress, connection and creating a space where people feel safe, seen and nurtured.
