Matthew A is the most intuitive and highly trained, skilled massage therapist I’ve worked with, aside from my daughter, and absolutely keeps me moving and pain free by knowing which areas to target. I’m in my 70s, about to have a hip replacement, and know he will be an integral part of my recovery. He has helped me through a frozen shoulder, a torn rotator cuff, consistent back and neck pain, takes my body fragmented by arthritis and injury, and makes it feel connected again, whole. He is kind, and a gentle man. The staff at Elements adds to the experience as well, always cheerful, friendly, helpful and efficient. I love chatting with them before and after each appointment. I have a monthly subscription for a massage and appreciate it very much.

Matthew was fantastic! He was very thorough and addressed my pain issues we had discussed. The team members were very pleasant and helpful when I had questions. I would definitely recommend Elements to my friends.
