What makes Elements Massage different?
With a plethora of options when it comes to massage, Elements easily sits atop the heap of places I've worked. Elements has systems that differentiate us from the competition, whether it be our in-house training or the level system we use to match clients with the best fit for therapists, in example.
The number one thing that I've been impressed with, as a Massage Therapist, is the pressure system that Elements employs. We never try to force an incompatible match between client and therapist with the only goal being filling the schedule. The front desk attempts to match clients based upon pressure as well matching up a client's needs with a therapist's tool set.
Not only do we match clients and therapists based on need but we also have one of the best in-house training systems that I have experienced. Elements West Allis offers in-service training regarding massage techniques covering modalities such as Neuro-muscular, Cranio-sacral, Sports Massage, Hot Stone, Pre-natal and stretching. These in-services are offered to all therapists and the topics change quarterly.
So as you can see Elements has set itself apart, by utilizing the pressure system, as well as consistently offering in-house training, to truly provide the best massage in the industry (based on net promoter scores)!
