Positional Release Therapy
John graduated with an Associate's Degree in Science from Florida College of Natural Health in 2003. Since then he has worked alongside physical therapists, chiropractors, and medical doctors.
John is a Neuromuscular Therapist as well an an LMT. He believes in using clinical skills as well as relaxation to manipulate the soft tissue within the musculoskeletal system.
"Having the knowledge of human anatomy is one thing, but to have the intuition to sense and detect pain, dysfunction, and stress-tension is a gift. The wonderful thing about massage is not only does it feel good and release tension during the session, but it can also make a difference in a client's quality of life."
Before practicing massage therapy, John served 4 years in the United State Army and also lived in Lake Tahoe, California; taking advantage of the summer and winter sports. In his spare time, he likes to run, work out, play the drums, and spend time with family.
