Sharon is a graduate of Potomac Massage Training Institute, Washington, DC, and became a Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist in 1999. Further advanced training in neuromuscular therapy affords her the ability to ease pain with muscle release techniques and, as a certified practitioner of Breema® bodywork, Sharon uses comfortably supported movements, firm yet gentle stretches, precise and gradual leans and nurturing brushes. Sharon is happy to share Self-Breema® exercises with her clients to help them ease pain and tension, increase flexibility and add harmony and balance between appointments.
