Is your massage therapy covered by your health insurance? With therapeutic massage being more widely accepted as a legitimate medical service by many insurance carriers, clients who have FSA and HSA credit or debit cards may use these to cover the expense of their health-related massage treatments. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
Our professional therapists rely on their schedules being full and await your arrival for your scheduled appointment. As a courtesy, please give us at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment to avoid being charged a late cancel fee. Fees are as follows:
$25 for 1 hour sessions
$35 for 90 minute sessions
$45 for 2 hour sessions
Appointments scheduled within the 24 hour window are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled without penalty. You will be asked to reserve your appointment with a credit card or a gift card number; we are not able to book the appointment without one. We thank you for your understanding.
No Show, No Call Policy:
We value our clients' time and that of our professional massage therapists. Our staff makes every effort to confirm all scheduled appointments either by phone, email or both. Clients who fail to cancel or show up for a scheduled appointment are responsible for the full cost of the missed session.
