Lakendra is a level 3 massage therapist with a focus in: Deep tissue, trigger point, and neuromuscular massage.

Lakendra graduated from the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork. She has lived and traveled all over the United States, but her dream vacation would be to have nothing on her "to-do list". Lakendra's favorite massage modality to give is deep tissue and trigger point. She believes that your outside will show what your inside is feeling; inside is where the work begins. Massage has helped Lakendra to calm herself and help others every single time she comes to work!
