"First time back since December as I was in the Durham area for a few months. During that time I visited the Cary office for 3 massage sessions. One thing I liked about the experience in Cary is that they use hot towels on the upper back and lower legs when finished massaging those areas.

Regarding my experience with my most recent visit to the Sharon Elements - Lee left me feeling better than when I arrived! This time I did something a bit different as I only signed up for a 1 hour session rather than a 1.5 hour session. That seemed to work out just fine as Lee had time to do legs, upper back, arms and neck. So I may stick with 1 hour sessions for the near future appointments."
