Bailey is a level 2 and 3 massage therapist with a focus in a hybrid approach using Swedish and neuromuscular massage.
Bailey graduated from UNCG with a bachelors in Nursing as well as Women's Studies. She received her massage education at The North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork. Bailey has lived all over North Carolina and has traveled through Iceland, UK, France, Germany, and Italy. Her dream vacation is to travel through Australia, New Zealand, and southern Asia. Bailey believes in the importance of being intentional about taking time to slow down and focusing on both our physical and mental health. Bailey loves how massage has allowed her to find a way to care not only for others but also herself.
