Shellie | Massage Therapist

Shellie is a highly skilled Level 3 and 4 massage therapist certified by the North Carolina School of Advanced Body Work.
She specializes in a hybrid, eclectic approach that seamlessly blends Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy. In addition to her extensive structural bodywork training, Shellie holds a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) and advanced degrees in vocal performance and music education. Having traveled extensively throughout Europe and Italy, she draws from a rich background of global and artistic experiences to craft completely customized sessions. Believing deeply that the body retains the story of our physical, emotional, and spiritual lives, Shellie serves as a dedicated conduit for healing and release on every client's wellness journey.
