Sydney | Massage Therapist

Sydney is a level 2 and 3 massage therapist with a focus on a hybrid of targeted bodywork with Swedish working along side.

Sydney specializes in listening to your body to help create a customized massage modality blend. Sydney's philosophy on healing is that everyone's body and needs are different, and the trust between client and therapist is huge. She graduated from the NC School of Advanced Bodyworks with her MT education. Sydney grew up in Virginia, but now she loves calling North Carolina home. Massage has personally helped Sydney work through trauma, allowing her to stop ignoring her own needs and in doing so, cultivate her gift of healing that she was born to do!
