But when I came out to pay I was told there was an additional charge of $20 because he was an "elite" therapist. I refused to pay since it was your front desk that made, suggested, and did not inform me of the additional charge. Also there is nothing on the web sight regarding additional charges or info about "elite" therapists. I realize now I must ask with each different therapists if there are additional charges. "
