About Me:
As a bilingual Master Therapist with a deep commitment to healing, I bring a wide range of therapeutic techniques and over a decade of experience to my practice. I specialize in both clinical and relaxation-based therapies, tailoring each session to meet the unique physical and emotional needs of my clients.
My Favorite Modality:
I love performing Himalayan Salt Stone Therapy. The warmth and natural mineral content of the stones create a deeply relaxing and detoxifying experience that helps restore balance and ease tension throughout the body.
Why I Became a Massage Therapist:
My journey began with a desire to give back. I started volunteering at a Hospice, working closely with elderly patients. That experience showed me how powerful therapeutic touch can be—and inspired me to pursue massage therapy as a way to serve and support others.
Philosophy on Healing:
I believe healing starts with presence. By combining physical touch with focused therapeutic intention, I help reduce or eliminate stress, pain, and tension—supporting both the body and the mind on the path to wellness.
Places I’ve Lived:
I’ve lived in Korea, Texas, Florida, and now call Arizona home. Each place has shaped my outlook and deepened my understanding of care, culture, and connection.
A Few Fun Facts:
I’m passionate about the arts—especially painting, writing, and poetry. I have a deep love for classical music, with Chopin being a favorite composer. I also enjoy traveling, reading, and challenging myself with new mental pursuits.
In My Previous Life:
Before discovering massage therapy, I was a proud mom to my amazing daughter and ran an importing business. These experiences gave me resilience, empathy, and a global perspective—all of which I bring into my work today.
