"Jackee was truly awesome! I give her 10 out of 5 stars! The front desk crew is great; they are very professional and have a great sense of humor (very important). They are extremely accommodating when changes have to be made. "

"Peter - very nice"

"I had such a wonderful massage! I always make my appointments online and receive a confirmation very quickly, which makes scheduling so easy. My 90-minute deep tissue massage with Zach was absolutely amazing! He knows exactly how to work out all my sore spots, and I leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I truly couldn’t ask for a better massage or a better experience. Highly recommend Zach!"

"Elements Promenade staff is friendly and professional.
Nice, clean facility at reasonable pricing for both massage and cosmetic appointments."

"Excellent service!!!"

"Every single person I came into contact with from the front desk to the manager was professional and friendly. I received a facial from Yazi. She was amazing from start to finish! She explained everything and gave me advice when requested, but was not pushy or condescending. This was absolutely an amazing experience and I can not recommend Yazi and this place enough!"

"It was a great experience. My tech was very knowledgeable , helpful and friendly."

"I always have a great massage, and it’s always on time "

"Excellent therapist Ana, trained very well. She was a master therapist, didn’t find out you pay a higher rate for her until we got there, but it was worth it. Should put it on the website. Also didn’t care for them telling me how much to tip, that should be my discretion, but again she was excellent. Facility was clean. "

"The massage was very well worth it."

"My experience was wonderful with Dustin! One of the best massages I have had in a long time! It was perfect! He worked out all my sore muscles. I felt very comfortable. He was very nice and did not talk which is rare as I want to just relax and not talk when I get massages. I will definitely be back!! "
