"In the span of five days, I went to an urgent care, hospital, chiropractor, and pain management for the most incredible back pain I have ever experienced. Initially, doctors thought kidney stones, but when my testing indicated no stones, they turned to nerves and muscles. "I live in Washington and was visiting Scottsdale to get some sun! I was staying near Lincoln at a resort that had a spa, but prices for massage were out of my league. I made an appointment on N. Scottsdale. When I arrived, I found that I’d made the appointment at the wrong location on N. Scottsdale. The staff told me I was at the wrong place and offered to call the other location to tell them I was on my way. Unfortunately, due to traffic and distance, it was going to take 30 minutes for me to make my way to the right facility. I spoke with the staff on the phone and told them I was on my way. I talked with a couple of people while making my way and both were sincerely kind and accommodating. I was a bit shocked, but they waited for me to arrive. I expected my services would be cut short, and rightly so, but they took me right in and gave me the FULL treatment and with a very positive attitude! I was embarrassed by my mistake, but they made me feel right at home. My massage was FABULOUS…professionally completed by Mathilde. If Elements takes insurance, I will be changing to my local Elements massage for my bi-monthly massage."
