"Rachael was fantastic! I previously had a very bad experience getting a massage (somewhere else!) and was super nervous, but Rachael was so gentle and compassionate and frequently checked in on me. Everything from the last minute appointment to accommodating my nervous requests for less pressure at certain points were all met with kindness and empathy. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back!
