1. Speak Up

Speaking candidly about your situation will not only feel like a weight has been lifted off of your shoulders, you’ll be able to gain another perspective from whoever you’re talking to.
2. Mindfulness Meditation

Taking a few minutes each day to write whatever comes to mind is one of the most underrated coping skills.

The point is to write without second-guessing the words that appear on the paper. Give it just five minutes of your time and notice how therapeutic it is.
6. Get a Good Night’s Sleep

And though it’s difficult to get some quality shuteye when your anxiety keeps you tossing and turning all night, it is possible to turn bedtime into a restful ritual. Transform your sleep schedule and you’ll feel much more relaxed.
