#2. Receptionists are warm & friendly upon arrival, and have excellent phone manners.
#3. From the momet of arrival, the envionment prepares me to relax, from the cleanliness, to the
chosen scents & lighting, to the decor & colors, I feel secure that I am in good hands.
#4. The only thing I have been displeased with is not being notified prior to purchasing gift card
specials, that, as a member, I was only allowed to use 3 for myself. I was sent an email after
purchase. I purchased in hopes of gifting to my family, but if I cannot get them to use them, I
should retain the option to use them myself, or be reimbursed. I will take this up with
management should the situation present itself, as I consider stating the terms of use in an e-
mail sent post- purchase to be false advertisement. I hope I do not have to pursue
this discrepancy any further, as I'd like to continue as a loyal customer and hopefully
introduce my family members the benefits of massage."
