"I live in Katy, but instead I go to the Richmond location, because of their customer service! They are always so friendly and easy to work with. Sometimes life happens and I have to reschedule at last minute. They make it very easy and I can’t say that about the place in Katy. Katy wanted to charge all kinds of fees and the Richmond location doesn’t. The Richmond location also has better massage therapist. I highly recommend Ted.

"Sometimes appointments can't be kept and the Admin at Elements Massage was understanding and fair how she responded to and applied a mutually acceptable resolution. Twice I was stood up by a massage therapist and she made it right by me. She took responsibility and expressed sincere regret for my inconvenience then made me whole by offering a free massage by another therapist. The understanding that my time was just as valuable as that of their massage therapists meant a lot to me."

"I had a smooth and beneficial experience at this serene location. My masseuse targeted the area that was the highest concern and of course did a great job with the rest of my body!
My only complaint is that the map led me to a wrong destination, which was 10 minutes away from the parlor. I had to call a representative at my Center to redirect me and the only thing she could tell me was that it was located near a particular restaurant. This was the only way I could find where to go. That was quite upsetting. Otherwise, an excellent experience overall!"
