"I came in for a massage on a Saturday with Jordan. I had severe lower lack pain for 6 days. I tied stretching, ibuprofen, relaxers and wine with no releif. I couldn't run, walk or sit for very long. I told Jordan and he proceeded to massage my upper back, lower back, thighs and calfs. It was painfully pleasant. After, he explained to me that it wasn't so much my lower back that needed stretching. It was my thighs. He showed me some stretches before leaving. That day I was in alot of pain again but proceeded with the stretches, muscle relaxers, ibuprofen and lots of water. The following day I felt like I got hit by a truck. I new this was coming and that ment Jordan worked really hard on my problem areas. I drank lots of water did more stretching and took muscle relaxers. Then Monday came around. I felt AMAZING! Pain went from a 10 for 7 days to a 4! I did my stretching Jordan recommended, no muscle relaxers and the following day (Tuesday) the pain was a 2! I finally went for a easy run and felt no pain, then a longer 6 mile run on the mountain 2 days later. Today is friday (6 days post massage) and the pain is a 1 if I sit to long but goes away after a short stretch and movement.
