I used to be a spa director and an aesthetician, and didn’t realize how much I’ve missed this experience. Th reception gals were friendly, not fake, helpful and not pushy. Genuinely caring and they listened to everything I needed and accommodated me perfectly. My massage and facial were just perfect for my needs as I was suffering from neck, head, back pain for several days. I had initially called as I was sitting in the parking lot of after finishing a very unpleasant massage and came directly from there to elements! That’s a first!
I loved the lightly carpeted floors in rooms , warm colors, dark lighting in rooms, music quality, products used and professionalism of my two therapists (keeping it quiet in room!)
The pricing is fair, membership guidelines and policies were well thought out and accommodating.

"My therapist Suzan, was very good at applying firm but gentle massage techniques. She touched on areas of concern, my should joints, hips, forearms and elbows. I rescheduled with her for future follow ups as I have been dealing with pain in those areas for months. I highly recommend her services!
