LEVELS | Lead Massage Therapist

To consistently meet our clients’ expectations and help match each client with the therapist best suited to their individual needs, we have developed an internal four-level therapist system.

This system categorizes our Massage Therapists based on their areas of specialization, massage techniques, and the level of pressure they are comfortable and skilled in providing during a session.

Each therapist is assigned a level based primarily on massage intensity and pressure, ranging from lighter therapeutic pressure to more intensive, deeper-pressure techniques. We also identify the specific modalities and techniques in which each therapist is most experienced and proficient.

The goal of this system is simple: to create better therapist-client matches, set clear expectations, and provide each client with the best possible massage experience based on their individual preferences and therapeutic needs.
