The staff at the front desk are all incredibly nice and welcoming always! During my last visit, the gals went over my account balance and even told me about some add-ons that I could do in the future. The only constructive comment would be the lighting in the reception. It used to be dim and relaxing but after the renovations the light is super bright almost hospital-like. It'd be nice to walk into a more zen environment. That aside, I love you guys and very happy with my membership! "
