"I love that it’s like a mini spa experience, rather than just an “appointment.” The waiting area is serene and feels more private even though it’s just in a shopping area. Stepping inside is stepping away from all the noise and busyness and traffic. Desk staff is always quietly friendly. Never any pressure to add on services or try new things next time, though new services are available and there’s information on the table to browse. The therapists are amazing. It can be a little tough to book unless well in advance, especially for the higher levels, but getting on the waitlist usually results in a sooner time coming available. Highly recommended over the big massage chains. "
