SUMMARY

After raising two children and working at a corporate job, I was looking at a retirement career. I had considered massage school for a long time, but the timing was never right, it then became the right time. I am honored to to be able to serve other on their body/mind journey of self care.

EXPERIENCED WITH

Deep Tissue, Swedish/Relaxation, Pin and stretch techniques, level I Reiki, Psoas work, basic reflexology.

What makes your massage unique?

I aim to create a safe space for everyone and meet them where they are in their lives. I bring my heart and soul to my work, taking a personalized approach and listening to the client and my intuition. I tailor each session for the individual client.

WHAT DO YOU MOST APPRECIATE WHEN RECEIVING MASSAGE

The therapists deep listening to what I need. When they find points of holding that I am unaware of and help me to release them. Quiet and receptive to what I need that day. Making the session about me and not them.

WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE

Knowing how much it has helped me in my past and how great it is to get massages regularly. Being able to be part of a moment in time when I can serve and assist the client in deep relaxation and body awareness.
